  • Contact e-mail – If you contact us, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message solely to respond.
    Legal basis: consent (Art 6 (1)(a) UK GDPR).

We do not set cookies, localStorage, advertising identifiers, geolocation or any special-category data.

3. How we use your personal data

  • to display the website and operate our network infrastructure;
  • to detect, investigate and deter malicious activity;
  • to handle your enquiries;
  • to comply with legal obligations (e.g., maintaining log files as evidence).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use cookies, pixel tags or localStorage. Should that change, we will display a consent banner and update this notice before any non-essential cookies are set.

5. Disclosure and international transfers

We may provide your personal data to our suppliers and service providers (and, if applicable, other companies in our group) who supply business services to us and act as “processors” of your personal data on our behalf. In addition, we may disclose your personal data where we are under a legal obligation to do so, or in order to protect the rights, property or safety of our business, our users or others. This may include exchanging information with organisations for the purposes of fraud prevention.

In some cases, the personal data we collect from you may, for the purposes set out above, be transferred outside the United Kingdom and/or the European Economic Area to destinations whose laws may offer a lower level of protection. Where such transfers occur, we implement lawful transfer mechanisms (Adequacy Regulations, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards) to ensure your data remains protected against unauthorised access, loss or unlawful processing.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

6. Data security

All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS; we enforce HSTS, Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options and other industry-standard headers. Access to server logs is restricted to authorised personnel. Any personal-data breach that may pose a risk to you will be reported to the ICO within 72 hours.

7. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • erase data (“right to be forgotten”) where no lawful ground for retention exists;
  • restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • port data you have provided to us in a machine-readable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We will respond to rights requests within one month; this may be extended by a further month for complex requests (Art 12 (3) UK GDPR).

9. External links
